• Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 12 characters long.
• It must contain at least 3 out of the 4 of the following:
  • Lowercase
  • Uppercase
  • Number
  • Symbol
• Choose a password you can remember without writing it down.
• Your password should be unique to this account; don't use the same password everywhere.
• Change your password on a regular basis.
• Change your password immediately if you suspect someone knows it.

• Don't write down your password.
• Don't tell anyone your password.
• Don't share your password with anyone including your colleagues.
• Don't use obvious character and number sequences, for example, words, names, telephone numbers, car registration numbers, birthdays.
• Don't use a password that you use elsewhere.
• Don't use a password that could be associated with you.
• Don't choose obvious joined words, such as 1HighSt, MyDog, TopSecret.

If you forget your password, you'll have a limited number of attempts before your account is locked. If this happens you will need to re-register to use this service.
